Each year the Barbados Gospelfest Executive seeks to maintain the high quality of the Festival by contracting top international, regional and local artistes as headliners for the Festival. In addition the Executive offers ministry opportunities for new and emerging artistes and talent seeking promotional opportunities to participate in the festival.
Interested artistes must submit to the Barbados Gospelfest Executive, before March 15th, a package containing a recorded project of their work (CD /DVD/VIDEO) along with a current bio and press photo for review and consideration.
Artistes in Barbados may deliver their packages with the completed registration form to the Gospelfest Secretariat, Things Gospel, Canary Lane Mall, Bridgetown.
Registration can also be done via the Online Ministry Form.

For Packages by regular mail /FedEx or other courier service, please alert us via e-mail (info@barbadosgospelfest.com) before mailing the package and only send it after receiving a reply from us with other specific instructions.
The decision to accept a submission is at the sole discretion of the Barbados Gospelfest Executive. All such artistes are accepted as PROMOTIONAL ACTS. The Gospelfest Executive makes no commitment to contract such artistes for a fee.
The Executive by accepting an artiste makes only the following commitments:
- To offer the artiste a ministry slot on one of the Festival events.
- In good faith to extend the courtesies of any discounted prices which the Executive may have negotiated with travel and accommodation partners.
- To offer the artiste exposure to the Gospelfest audience and opportunity to sell their recorded projects during the event at which they minister.
The Executive will not be responsible for any of the associated expenses e.g. travel (to the island or ground transportation), accommodation or honorariums.
The Executive is not obligated to host the artiste on more than ONE Gospelfest event.
