Ministers’ Code of Conduct

Persons ministering at Barbados Gospelfest are expected to:

  1. Conduct themselves in a manner that reflects the values and principles of the Gospel.
  2. Demonstrate in attitude, speech and actions, a consistent daily walk with Jesus Christ (Ephesians 4:24, 32, 5:1, Galatians 5:22-25).
  3. Consistently show Christian consideration, sensitivity and respect to all others.
  4. Perform their duties as ministers in a manner that makes the greatest possible contribution to the intellectual, social and spiritual welfare of all Festival participants and attendees.
  5. Develop and maintain good rapport with fellow ministers and associates by treating all with friendliness, dignity and consideration.
  6. Maintain a personal appearance that reflects modesty and good taste.
  7. Be punctual (i.e.: arrive at times specified by the Event Manager) and ensure that all obligations are executed as required before leaving the venue of any event at which they are featured as ministers.
  8. Recognise the need for good public relations and represent Barbados Gospelfest in a favourable manner to the general public.

NOTE:
Only persons authorised by the Executive are permitted to speak to the media on behalf of Gospelfest (Barbados) Inc.

Registration and acceptance to minister at a Barbados Gospelfest event DOES NOT automatically allow an individual FREE ACCESS to other events at which he/she is not ministering.
