Artiste Ministers are welcome to apply for an opportunity to minister at Barbados Gospelfest. Note that Ministers are required to abide by our Terms and Code of Conduct.

The deadline for submissions is October 15th of any one year, for the following year.

- Gospelfest (Barbados) Inc. in seeking to maintain the high quality of Barbados Gospelfest may, at its sole discretion, contract international and/or, regional and/or local artistes as headliners for the festival.
- In addition, Gospelfest (Barbados) may offer ministry opportunities for new and emerging artistes, and other talent seeking promotional opportunities, to participate in the festival. All such artistes are accepted as Promotional Acts.
- The decision to accept the submission of a Promotional Act is at the sole discretion of Gospelfest (Barbados) Inc. Gospelfest (Barbados) Inc. makes no commitment to contract such artistes for a fee.
- Gospelfest (Barbados) Inc., by accepting an artiste, makes only the following commitments:
- To offer the artiste a Ministry slot on one (1) of the Barbados Gospelfest
- To extend the courtesies of any discounted prices which Gospelfest (Barbados) Inc. may have negotiated with travel and accommodation partners.
- To offer the artiste exposure to the Barbados Gospelfest audience at the event for which the Ministry slot is offered.
- Gospelfest (Barbados) Inc. will not be responsible for any of the Promotional Acts’ associated expenses, e.g. travel (to/from Barbados or ground transportation), accommodation, or honorariums.
- Gospelfest (Barbados) is not obligated to host the artiste on more than one (1) Barbados Gospelfest event, nor at any event at which the artiste is not slated to Minister.
