Unleashing soulful melodies that captivate hearts and minds has always been Jeliah’s calling. From humming her first tunes at the tender age of 3, she has nurtured a deep love for music—one that has been shaped not only by natural talent, but also by a steadfast faith in God. This young vocalist’s dedication and discipline were recognized with a 100% distinction in the LCME Vocal Exam at Grade 6. Her journey has since taken her to the NIFCA stage, where she earned both Silver and Bronze awards, and into the spotlight of the Bajan Song Book. One of her proudest moments was performing at the National Awards Ceremony for the first Republic Day in Barbados, accompanied by the Barbados Police Service Band.
Jeliah’s musical journey has included collaborations with vocalists, bands, and producers locally, regionally, and internationally. Yet, despite her accomplishments, there came a season where she lost her passion for music. In that valley, she leaned into her faith and began seeking God for direction. That pursuit led her to East Point Productions & Kellie Cadogan—a turning point where not only was her love for music rekindled, but her walk with God deepened. Through this space, Jeliah experienced spiritual growth alongside vocal and artistic development.
She recently completed her Associate degree in Music at The Barbados Community College and has recently completed her adventure at The University of the West Indies (Cave Hill), where she expanded her musical studies. Jeliah believes that it is crucial to surround yourself with people who support you as well as your craft and often says: “The sky isn’t the limit—it’s only the view.”
